- We guarantee to provide a refund for any item you are not completely happy with. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and undamaged condition, in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- To return, please email us first at info@ablalondon.co.uk stating your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive a return code from us - please include this as a note in the package you return to us.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage fees.
- Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. Refund processing times will be dependent on your banks policy.
- We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we do not accept liability for any items that do not reach us safely
