Dispatch & Processing Times

We aim to process all orders as fast as possible. Our average dispatch time is 1-2 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) 

Any items that are purchased on pre-order will be shipped according to the dates outlined in the product description.

Tax & Duties

For our EU customers: taxes are covered by us and no further taxes should be charged in transit.

Customers outside of the U.K. may incur taxes and duties from their destination country. If this is the case, this is to be paid by the customers. Customs tax differs according to country guidelines and we are not liable to cover the additional costs. Hence, it is advised to check your local customs policy to ensure you are aware of any costs that may be imposed. 

If the customer refuses the package, they are responsible for the original shipping charges and any import duties that may have been imposed on the package. This amount will be deducted from your order refund, once received back to our warehouse.
